Every Citizen born has the right to be protected and be safe from threat, to exist as a contributing, law-abiding and peaceful part of an ever expanding and challenging universe.
The responsibility to ensure that right is upheld should fall on governments like the UEE and local law enforcement. Whose efforts, if believed to be doing the best possible, still leave encroaching room for criminals, tyrants and opportunists to run amok and create chaos, fear and instability and directly threaten the lives of innocents.
This cannot and will not continue.
